Music: Nine Questions - Tara
Okay--I got a google alert about Jovi--as I do daily--and there was one of these in there. Bon Jovi was one of her answers. LOL What can I tell ya?!
But I loved the questions so I'm posing them to all the girls.
Great for a quick get to know you!
What was the first concert you ever saw?
Belinda Carlisle when I was in HS--like maybe Freshman year.
Starlight Theater in Latham, NY.
It's totally NOT open anymore! LOL
What CDs are in your changer right now?
Hmm...well, I don't do CD's anymore--but, I've got Lesley Roy's new album in heavy rotation at Rhapsody. Matt Nathanson's Some Mad Hope. And the Soundtrack to both Moonlight and Twilight. *sigh* Vamps are taking over my books and music!
How many total albums do you own (CDs, vinyl, cassettes, 8-tracks)?
Oh hell--I couldn't even begin to say. 400+ on the CD's/Downloads on full albums. Vinyl--Just a few Jovi Albums. I got rid of my cassettes recently.
Do you download music, and if so, legally or illegally?
Oh yeah--I do both. *blush*
What was the first album you owned?
I got two at the same time. Wham! Make it Big and Mr. Mister Welcome to the Real World. And they were cassettes! LOL I played them to death. LOL
What song would you like to have played at your funeral?
Hmm...that's probably subject to change as things go on, but right now?
These Days - Jovi
Musically speaking, what do you love that your friends don't know about? What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
Ooh man. If you could only log into my Rhapsody Acct. LOL
Hmm--in my catalogue of music--I think it's fairly safe to say that John Tesh is probably not something people would think I listen to. LOL!
Guilty pleasure--80's of any kind. I looove it!
What band or artist changed your life, and how?
Bon Jovi - Look at all the people I met thru the love of one band! And it kickstarted my writing to a new level.
Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?
These Days - Bon Jovi
